Steps to Ownership
Step 1 - Mutual evaluation calls
Two to three mutual evaluation calls with the Maid Right development team – This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other better.
Step 2 - Application submitted for approval
Download the online application and we will begin a series of more formal checkpoints to provide additional insights about our business model.
Step 3 - Call with the CEO of Maid Right
This is your opportunity to speak with our CEO and learn about our unique two-tier franchising model and how it compares to other franchises.
Step 4 - Register for Maid Right Discovery Day
Set aside a day to visit Maid Right corporate offices near Atlanta where you will meet the management team and learn more specifics about the business. It’s important to prepare by doing additional research and noting any questions you might have.
Step 5 - Attend Maid Right Discovery Day / FDD supplied
This full-day session provides an overview of our company culture, cleaning business opportunities, office set-up, financial requirements, operations, support offerings, training, sales and marketing.
Step 6 - Executive team approval
At the end of the session, the Maid Right management team will meet to determine if they feel you are a candidate for a Master Regional Territory.
Step 7 - Validation with existing Master Franchise Owners
Once approved, you will be provided with contact information for existing Master Regional Territory Owners so you can ask them questions and learn about their personal experiences starting a Maid Right franchise.
Step 8 - Legal review and signing of Regional Master Franchise Agreements
The final step is to review all the legal documents with your attorney before signing the formal agreement.
