It’s been a busy year for Premium Service Brands. We have grown in size and in capabilities as we strive to continuously improve our approach to franchisee success. We’re excited for this opportunity to reflect on our year and share our journey with you.

New Brands

Within two weeks during October 2021, the PSB home service portfolio grew by two new brands. We welcomed The Grout Medic and House Doctors to our franchising family and are excited to offer these amazing home services opportunities nationwide.

New Partner

In March 2021, the Premium Service Brands was strengthened by a partnership with Susquehanna Private Capital. With this investment in our business, we have been able to make a significant impact on the growing home services industry throughout 2021.

New Training Tool

With a partnership with Virti, Premium Service Brands is innovating the industry by bringing virtual reality to home services franchising. This tool helps our franchisees navigate critical elements of customer interaction before a real customer experience is at stake.

National News Attention

This year, Premium Service Brands made national waves. Garnering attention in Fox Business News, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times, we are establishing ourselves as a leader in the industry and an expert on a national scale.

National Franchise Award

Our handyman service brand, House Doctors, was awarded as a Top Franchise for Veterans by the Franchise Business Review.
